The Hot Dog must be America’s national food. Only the hamburger can get close, but the street vendor favorite has helped make American’s some of the fattest people on earth and therefore deserves that number 1 spot. “There was a show at the LIQUID LOUNGE, even though the flyer said Lizard lounge, and it WASN’T free, for some of our Dallas derby girls. I met up with Amanda outside of Elm St. Tattoo, and there was a derby girl skating from the bar across the street to the tattoo parlor. No big deal. But a cop stopped her to give her a ticket. Well, she gave some attitude, but went with it. Kept her hands on the car while he wrote her a ticket. I crossed the street to the bar, and another skater went past me, nothing happened to her, even though her friend was getting a ticket for skating in the street…. very weird. And to think a fucking wanker of a cop give me a parking ticket this morning while I was in the process of moving my car to a legit spot (with my parking permit) and even started giving me lip about it. Go catch some burglars or something.

A swimsuit edition used to be the exclusive terrain of Sports Illustrated, but the rise and rise of mens’s mags such as Maxim and FHM, the lovely ladies parading that year’s swimsuits belong to all of us and not just the jocks. Maxim just launched their swimsuit 2006 edition and we wouldn’t be TC without giving you a sneak preview. I can’t but help wonder how many of us actually look at the garments the ladies are wearing. I am guessing only the gays amongst us. Oh, and go out and buy the magazine if you like it, it is full of witty and useless crap and they need to eat too.

Whenever I watch the news, and yes this does happen occassionally, I always feel sorry for the traffic and weather presenters. They have to be on stand-by all day just to appear on screen for 30 seconds. It gets even worse when they get it wrong. Think of Michael Fish in 1987 and the Big Storm that hit the UK. Fishy told everyone not to worry as it was going to be just a breeze. Well, tell that to the 20 trees that decided to lie down in my then garden that day. Same goes for the traffic crew. They always tell you something you already know; that you are stuck in traffic. I guess someone decided to get back at one named Tom. And by the looks of it even Bob feels the pain.

Honda just released the new Civic in Europe and it looks pretty sharp. To promote this fact, and to catch up to Toyota slighty I reckon, Honda has also made a weird but cool commercial to go with the launch. Would I buy one?
